PUBLIC COMMUNICATION OF SCIENCE AND 

TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE 2020+1

La Conferencia presencial fue convocada para el mes de mayo del 2020. La ponencia del Dr. Nemesio Espinoza Herrera fue aprobada por el Comité Científico el 21 de febrero de 2020. Por razones de la pandemia los organizadores han tomado la decisión de llevar a cabo la Conferencia virtualmente un año después de convocada.

“Peru, my country, exist. Peru is a rich country in terms of natural resources and biodiversity. But it is a very poor country. However, there isn't science. Why? Because the Peruvian universities do not carry out scientific research in the light of epistemology, therefore, there isn't public communication of science. The Peruvian universities is highly professionalizing and unscientific. The Peruvian universities must claim their main mission to be the production of science and technology through scientific research in the context of epistemology. … “.
